Housing Affordability and Accessibility Survey

A gap in understanding still exists around housing for individuals with disabilities. The purpose of the study is to determine what the challenges are in obtaining and maintaining affordable and accessible housing among the community of individuals with disabilities in San Mateo County. More importantly, the information collected from this survey will enable the Center of Independence for Individuals with Disabilities to take necessary action in better serving its clients. Thank you for taking the time to take the survey here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/14nm-tYJ-0sRwTp7_dhUSDLAuC8aoOj8k5xovZ_uaB-U/viewform
