Paid Opportunity! Are you, or someone you know, a wheelchair user who wants to audition for an emergency preparedness PSA for FEMA and the Ad Council? Casting: real female and male wheelchair users for the role of parents. This “action only” PSA does not require memorizing a script. If selected for audition tomorrow Saturday, June 20 (11am-2 pm), in SF Bay Area, you MUST be available for filming on Monday, June 22 and Tuesday, June 23 at a location in the SF Bay Area. Our community is keenly aware of the disability-inclusive diversity action of FEMA under the leadership of Marcie Roth. This PSA will spread the word in the general public nationwide about emergency preparedness during natural disasters for people with disabilities!
