SamTrans presented to the PCC their new fleet of busses and vans for Redi-wheel riders. SamTrans has been working directly with the council to make their vehicles better equipped for passengers with disabilities. Due in part of the PCC, the SamTrans minivans now have extended ramps, lower profile seats, and better identifying decals and graphics. The buses now have more yellow stripe markers, LED lights, better straps, and 3 point contacts for wheelchairs. | |
