Our AT advocate can recommend technological devices, equipment, and resources which allow individuals with disabilities to increase independence. Economic Empowerment

Provides assistance to individuals with disabilities in developing their own plans for the future, including financial planning (assistance with applying for SSI/SSDI, Medi-Cal, CalFresh), employment and housing. Learn More…

Home Modification Services (HAM)

This program puts in ramps, rails, grab bars, vertical lifts and other modifications to make a home accessible. These modifications assist people with disabilities to remain at home or move back into their home with greater independence, and not be forced into skilled nursing or other institutional care. YO! Disabled & Proud
